Dear Fema: Letters of Complaint to FEMA, Insurance Companies, Public Officials

Application Linked to Two Other Individuals

Posted on 09/06/06

I HAVE PROVIDED FEMA WITH DOCUMENTS RELATING TO MY CLAIM AND FOUND THEM TO BE UNRESPONSIVE, SINCE I’VE BEEN BACK IN LOUISIANA I’VE GONE TO THE FEMA OFFICE TWICE AND RECENTLY FOUND OUT THEY MAILED A LETTER TO THE AMERICA’S BEST INN IN TERRELL,TX. I HAD RETURNED TO NEW ORLEANS IN JANUARY 14,2006 AND WENT TO THE FEMA OFFICE ON JANUARY 18,2006 AND MY INFORMATION WAS UPDATED. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM FEMA ON MY CELL PHONE STATING THAT MY LETTER HAD BEEN RETURNED, ITS APPARENT THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETENT BECAUSE THESE CHANGES WERE MADE SEVERAL MONTHS AGO AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN UPDATED IN THE COMPUTER, IT IS MY BELIEF THAT SOME OF THE DOCUMENTS THAT PEOPLE FROM LOUISIANA SUMBIT ARE BEING DESTROYED. FOR EXAMPLE I SUBMITTED A 90-96 B FORM 4 TIMES (TWICE IN TEXAS AND 2TWICE IN LOUISIANA ) THEY SAID THEY FORMS WERE NEVER RECEIVED. I HAVE ALSO HAD MY APPLICATION LINKED TO TWO OTHER INDIVIDUALS WHO NEVER PAID ANY BILLS AT THIS RESIDENCE (BELVIN & JACKSON). THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT RESIDED HERE WAS MY DAUGHTER, GRANDSON AND MYSELF AND WE SHARED THE LIVING EXPENSES. OUR LANDLORD’S NAME IS MYLUS FRANKLIN. IT SEEMS VERY APPARENT TO ME THAT ANY ONE CAN USE AN INDIVIDUAL’S ADDRESS TO OBTAIN ASSISTANCE AND NOT RESIDE THERE; THESE INDIVIDUAL’S COULD’T EVEN PROVIDE THE LANDLORD’S NAME OR PREVIOUS ADDRESS.

Posted on 09/06/06

Hello Everyone, I am just a citizen and am trying to get the word out to everyone. I would say around 125 trailers sat at the Gurdon,Arkansas exit off of I- 30 at the Southfork TruckStop and they have sat their for over 3 weeks. In Texarkana, Arkansas Airport their are 16000 trailers setting around costing the tax payers 25000 a week. Congressman Ross has ask FEMA 3 TIMES to move the trailers to the Gulf Coast. If this message is important and you need a trailer contact Senator Mike Ross-Arkansas in Washington or mike ross.com. FEMA YOU ANSWER TO THE AMERIAN PEOPLE WE ARE THE BOSS. YOU WILL ANSWER TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE

The ever so popular phrase from FEMA “WAIT 2 WEEKS”

Posted on 09/06/06

In July, Our area was hit hard by Hurricane Dennis. I am a property manager so I dealt with many people who were displaced due to the flood from the storm.

One couple in particular has had a rough year. The husband had suffered a stroke earlier in the year leaving him on diability and his wife had to stay at home to take care of him. Both were employed full time.

They were out of their home for 3 months while tons of people got in their home to pretty much rebuild it. They have been back in their home now since October 1. They started their claims in July. They ofcourse heard the ever so popular phrase from FEMA “WAIT 2 WEEKS”. Well, they have. She called me this morning bawling her eyes out - she had been denied since she was back in her house. It doens’t matter that she made these claims BEFORE she moved back into her home. She is out OVER $10,000. The only income this couple has is disability and now FEMA has screwed them over.

Bunch of liars if you ask me. I think that honestly, they all take a class on how to lie, be butts and how to properly say “Wait 2 weeks”…

The “call back in 2 weeks” mantra

Posted on 01/29/06

My wife and I lost everything due to hurricane katrina and are waiting on a trailer from fema, so I can come back to chalmette and start gutting out my home. Everytime we call fema it’s the same story: “call back in
2 weeks”, “call back in 2 weeks”. When are we going to get our trailer???
Sick of all this BS!

FEMA reps and sex…

Posted on 01/29/06

Perhaps someone should question what some male FEMA Field Reps. or techs are doing with the Gov. money that pays for their Hotel rooms, rental cars, and their business cell phones. Some are getting online, finding women for sex, and they are married men too. They use the hotel rooms, they ride them around in their rental cars, and allow these women to call them on their FEMA’S business cell phones. This is using the Government’s money, and it could be used where it is needed most. This is only, showing people who need help, that perhaps The Fema male FIELD reps. or techs are too busy doing other things, that they are unable to help the victims of natural disasters. I don’t feel this is showing professionalism, or competency, and should not be allowed, that they should have to pay the Gov. back some of their money, and then be fired. This is fact, I was one of many, many women. I would like to make a complaint of this to FEMA, but don’t know where to look. I don’t know if I’m allowed to mention names, so let me know if I can or not.
